More Ways to Meet Future Pilots: The Matched Inquiry Marketplace
Keep direct school inquiries free, discover consented student matches, and choose which contacts to unlock with a shared school credit balance.
A student may know the kind of flying they want to do without knowing every school that could help them get there. Our matched inquiry marketplace gives participating schools another way to meet those prospective pilots, while keeping the student's choice at the center of the introduction.
Following our student inquiry update, eligible school owners can now explore available matches and use a school credit balance to unlock the contacts they choose. Direct inquiries and marketplace matches follow two different paths, so it is clear when a credit is needed.
If a student chooses your school, the inquiry is free
When a prospective student contacts your managed listing, that direct inquiry goes to your school's inbox without a marketplace credit charge. Inquiries from a satellite location join the same school inbox, with the source location retained so your team can respond in context.
That distinction matters. You should be able to answer someone who has already chosen to contact your school without first buying access to their request. The marketplace adds a separate source of introductions alongside that direct conversation.
Choose the matches that fit your training
Students decide whether to allow matching with other schools. A direct inquiry does not automatically become permission to distribute their contact information throughout the directory.
For eligible matches, schools can review a limited preview with relevant training interests and other matching details before deciding to unlock the contact. Private contact information stays protected until the school has authorized access. One explicit marketplace unlock uses one credit.
School preferences help narrow the opportunities you see, including location and training interests. You can also pause matching and choose whether to receive a daily digest. This gives a busy school a way to fit inquiry review around lessons, dispatch, and existing student commitments.
A balance that belongs to your school
Credits are shared by the school, rather than split across individual school-owner logins. You can purchase a credit pack before choosing a particular match, then use the balance as suitable opportunities appear. Buying a pack does not automatically unlock a student's information.
Unused credits roll over and do not expire. A match becoming unavailable does not use a credit merely because you viewed its preview. The balance supports deliberate choices about which prospective students your school is prepared to help.
The marketplace is available to eligible school owners without Pro. Successfully paid Pro billing cycles include the plan's configured lead credits, adding another reason to consider Pro as your school's inquiry activity grows. Trial access does not include a paid-cycle credit grant.
Make your next introduction count
Before unlocking a match, consider whether your school can offer the requested training and make time for a useful response. A thoughtful introduction can explain your program, answer the student's immediate questions, and suggest a practical next step without promising a training outcome.
